Update on Sami and Mojo

The whole crew: from left to right: Mojo, Sami, and our dogs Rosie and Lucky

Since we first posted Sami and Mojo's story, they have had quite a ride! Our friend's sister (who happens to rescues dogs) ended up taking them to live with her in November to try to place them through mobile adoptions that she attends with her other foster dogs. She took really great care of them and brought them to multiple events, but couldn't find anyone that wanted to adopt them. Unfortunately, she can no longer keep them with her or take them to the mobile adoptions due to medical issues... So Sami and Mojo are back with us again!

They are doing great and are much happier and healthier than when we first rescued them, but we still need to find them a permanent home! These poor little guys have gone from place to place (and from the street!) for the past few years and really need a forever home. We have tried every rescue organization in the LA area (and even out of state), but unfortunately there are so many other animals with sad stories like Sami and Mojo out there that none of the organizations have been able to help.

These are the sweetest doggies and anyone would be lucky to have them. We are really hoping to find a referral through word of mouth, so please continue to share this link with your friends!

Sami and Mojo Need a Home!

Please help us to find a loving home for two loving beagles! They were found roaming the street in Orange County and we rescued them from the shelter in neglected condition. Since their owner did not claim responsibility for them, we agreed to foster them until we could find a permanent home. Unfortunately, we cannot keep them as we already have two rescue dogs.

Since they have been with us and got a bath, good food, grooming, a little bit of discipline, and lots of personal attention and love, their individual personalities are emerging again. They are both wagging their tails and fitting in with our existing pack amazingly. Sami is very mellow, likes to cuddle, and mostly hangs around us wherever we are. Mojo is even running around playing ball like a puppy.

They are currently in good hands but desperately need a good permanent home. They are both around 8 years old and good with other dogs of all sizes, kids, and people. They have all their current shots and exhibit no aggressive behavior. It would be best if someone could adopt both of them as they've been together their whole lives (they even stayed together during their time on the street).

If you cannot help them, please forward this link to your friends or make this your Facebook post for the day. Thank you for your help!
